A Note About Ayala Bar

Ayala Bar was born in Israel. After graduating from art school, she worked as a theater set designer and an interior designer.

Her current work as a jewelry designer contains allusions to the intricate beadwork of Native American cultures and the rich mosaics of antiquity. She blends natural materials and glass beads in settings of various metals to create striking compositions of color and texture.

Ayala Bar continues to live and work in Israel, but has carved out an international reputation by virtue of her innovative style.
